Accolades for
Fuck Them All but Six
Black Manta have a good grasp on heavy by the way of doom. You wont get turgid old school doom a la Reverend Bizarre and the like, but Black Manta are an offshoot of that sound. Stylistically, they would fit in well next to bands like The Hidden Hand, Pale Divine, and The Mighty Nimbus. Theyve got a pounding rhythmic crunch that fits the booming, gruff vocals. If youre in the market for thunderously heavy, clear some room for Fuck Them All but Six.
For fans of The Hidden Hand, Earthride, Life Beyond, Death Row, Unorthodox, Spirit Caravan, Wretched, Voodoo Shock, and the old school traditional doom metal sound.
