Accolades for Here Comes Death
Here Comes Death is constructed of riffs that are alternately bluesy, Sabbath-influenced and thrash... allowing Speedealer enough time to whoop your ass, cause a wake of destruction and leave a mess for someone else to clean up.
If I'm going to listen to songs about kicking ass and getting plastered the guys who sing 'em had better sound like they routinely kick ass and get plastered, damn it. Speedealer does.
Speedealer's second record, "Here Comes Death" (originally released on the fallen Royalty Records, re-released by Palm Records), reveals the band's diversity, with uber-slow, Melvins-like godhead songs ("California Tumbles Into The Sea," "No More"), high-speed buzz-saw hardcore ("You Win I Lose") and a spate of crossover-style thrash.
