Colour Haze have a new one out, and it's a long album! Let me tell you. It's a double CD of some of the best stoner psychedelic rock out of Germany... There are some gems among these songs that are definitely worth checking into. If you aren't familiar with the Colour Haze, their sound is a mix of the desert sounds with tones of Monster Magnet, Kyuss and even maybe some Can influence. Some of the tunes are 10 minutes long and sometimes as much as 18 minutes! Great long epic songs that all travel from beginning to end, groove after groove. If you dig the sounds of Kyuss Sky Valley, you might like the jams on this. It's Jazz, psychedelic, bluesy and heavy... Classic influenced stoner rock- guitars and all. Other bands to consider: Pink Floyd, King Crimson, early Santana jams, Blue Cheer. I hear a little of everthing for certain.

A major step up from their last two albums (which were masterpieces ). If you already follow this band, you will be floored by this album. If you dont, you should seriously consider starting with this album. This is an album that even deaf people shouldnt miss!!

With Los Sounds De Krauts Colour Haze take their rightful place at the head of the class in the world of stoner/psychedelic rock. Their past few albums have set them at the pinnacle of hard psych., not only in their native Germany, but worldwide. Their new double album brings together everything theyve done right in the past and consolidates it into one huge hallucinatory trip stuffed to the (mushroom) gills with passion, great musicianship, endless jams, and top-notch songwriting.
