Accolades for
Desengano
The debut full length from these lysergically-enhanced doom/esoterica technicians. Like Beefheart, but with sludge riffs.Twisted, psychedelic, and fucked.
The guitars are tuned down low and the overall sound is bowel moving. If you are into sick heavy goodness of bands like Earth and Sleep then this is the CD for you. There are plenty of parts in there that are kind of obviously thrown in to twist and dement the way you think about heavy music.
If you dig freedom in your heaviness grab a shovel.
