This damn thing hits you in the middle of the forehead and knocks you back!

Corruption bring a style of rock that sometimes resembles bands like Cowboys & Aliens, The Awesome Machine, and Honcho. However, Corruption also dives deep into the pit of aggressive sludge ala Fudge Tunnel and Nailbomb. Mostly what Corruption is about is laying down a monstrously heavy groove. Covers of Black Sabbath's "Paranoid" and Deep Purple's "Perfect Strangers" done ala Corruption's highly caffeinated grab you by the balls rage.

If you're into extremely heavy, grinding riffrock then definitely seek out Corruption's Pussyworld. I haven't heard a band rock this hard in a long, long time. Definitely a band I could grow very fond of.

Galloping in with 12 thundering mosh hits under their belt, Corruption merges razor-sharp Metallica chops with Motorhead muscle. Shooting straight for the hard rock crowd, the Polish quintet keep the production tight and deliver a well rehearsed set.

All the songs are angry, musclehead rock nothing about pussy. The duel guitars of Thrashu and Elektryczny converge with Pantera-like density, fire-in-the-belly riffs over a chugging bass-line. Singer Rufus does well with his English lyrics and only the slightest detection of an accent. His vocal styling is reminiscent of Marilyn Manson. The only time they come close to a Stoner sound is on the Sabbath cover Paranoid added as a bonus track along with Deep Purples Perfect Strangers.
