Accolades for
Roughness and Toughness
This is Melvins style metal, similar to what was on Houdini, with start and stop rhythms and a ton of originality. Graveslime veer between heavy and quirky, sometimes combining the two. But its not all Buzz Osbourne and co.-inspired sludge. Graveslime also bring a fair amount of Nirvana/early alt rock type sensibilities. What you end up with are pop melodies riding a wave of sound. Its uniquely heavy. Recommended for fans of the Melvins or Yeti.
