Australias Wolfmother lays out their mindset clearly in Dimension". Seeing how the band is a three-piece, Im not surprised their sound is comparable to classic power trios like Cream and Hendrix. Its heavy, but not distorted fuzz/mammoth sound heavy. What drives the band is not a wave of riff upon riff, but their awesome sense of groove.
