Q: What is the minimum order required to order through All That's Heavy Direct? A: The minimum order for ordering through All That's Heavy Direct is 25 items. (IE: 1 CD = 1 item, 1 LP = 1 item, 1 Shirt = 1 item etc etc). To get wholesale prices you must place an order for 25 items or more. There are no exceptions. The only requirement to ordering through All That's Heavy Direct is that you order 25 items or more per order. Q: Is it safe to order online from All That's Heavy Direct with my credit card? A: Absolutely! We use state of the art secure servers for all of our transactions. Q: Which credit cards does All That's Heavy Direct accept? A: Visa, Mastercard, Discover Card and American Express. Q: How do I find out how much the shipping will cost before placing my order? A: There is no way for us to calculate your shipping before we know what you're ordering and where we're shipping it to. But, if you add the items that you would like to purchase to your shopping cart and proceed to the "checkout" you will be presented with the cost of shipping *before* you commit to your order. Q: What are my shipping options and how soon will my order arrive? A: Shipping in the USA: In the United States we ship via USPS Priority Mail which usually gets your package to your door between 2 and 4 days after it's shipped to anywhere in the country. We also ship in the USA via USPS Media Mail which is much cheaper but takes a few days longer. Shipping Internationally: For international orders we ship via USPS Air Mail which usually takes between 1 and 2 weeks to arrive in most countries. Q: What is the All That's Heavy Direct returns policy? A: All That's Heavy Direct will replace defective or incorrect items free of charge. The defective or incorrect item must be returned to us for inspection within 30 days of purchase before a replacement item is sent.
