Earth is a heavy rock band that has heavy grooves much like Acid King at times, although you wouldn't guess that at all by the first track. The first track "Ripped on Facist Ideas" is a 30 minute noise feedback drone jam that is about as interesting as the latest Boris record...listener beware! By the time the second cut kicks in it is apparent that they are not all about the "noise". The rest of the songs on the record are strong heavy tunes that remind me of Melvins and others among Sleep.

The first songs sounds like a super-tripped out and fucked-up version of "Freebird" and I really dig it! The 4 bonus tracks are the best part of this CD for me though - these tracks are made phenomenally heavy with the double bass parts - essential listening for the sludge-rock fan.
