It starts with the whine of feedback and proceeds to beat the snot out of you, with complex yet straightforward riffs, aggression, and all-out intensity. Think Mastodon meets High on Fire meets Sofa King Killer meets you in a dark alley, drunk and angry with a broken bottle in one hand and a brick in the other. And that's based on the first track! By the time the last song ends, you�re going to feel pretty used up and beaten.

I'm totally digging this. It's definitely sludgy, but still has enough of a riff-rock feel to it to keep your toes tapping while banging your head. Fun stuff.
