THE PRIZE:
The lucky winner of this contest will receive a $290 gift certificate from All That is Heavy as their prize! The winner's "Top 10 Albums of 2009" list will also be used in our "Top 29 Albums of 2009" feature (like this one that we did in 2008.)
GUIDELINES & INFORMATION:
- Fill out the form on your left and click the submit button. All fields are required. In previous years we provided "optional" fields so you could submit more than a Top 10. Please be aware that we are not doing that anymore.
- Your email address will only be used to contact you if you win and for nothing else!
- The order of your list is important! Put your #1 favorite album of the year in the "1." fields, second favorite album in the "2." fields and so on.
- For each of your Top 10 Albums of 2009 enter the Band Name in the "Band:" field and the Album Name in the "Album:" field. For compilations enter "Various Artists" in the "Band:" field and the name of the compilation in the "Album:" field. For Split releases enter "Band Name/Band Name" in the "Band:" field and the name of the release or "Split" in the "Album:" field.
- Only include albums that were released in 2009 in your list. Click here for a list of 2009 releases. (Note: This list is for general reference only and is definitely not a complete list.)
- You can list albums from any genre! They don't need to be part of the list linked above. They also don't have to be Stoner Rock or Doom to qualify! If the album was released in 2009 then it qualifies!!
- Entries will be used to compile a "StonerRock.com Community Top 29 Albums of 2009" feature like we did for the StonerRock.com Community Top 28 Albums of 2008 feature last year.
- This contest closes at midnight on January 31st, 2010.
- One entry per person.
- Bogus/disqualified entries will be discarded.
- The winner will be chosen by random drawing.
- If you have any questions or problems with the entry form please click here to contact El Danno.
