Think Kyuss, Awesome Machine and Los Natas and you'll get and idea of what this heavy and 70's inspired band has to offer. Ranging from monumental psychedelic rock to straight stoner burners.

The Great Escape reminds me of all that is desert. This stuff is heavy on the Kyuss/Unida desert sound. Blues based heavy rock riffs with very soulful vocals, simple guitar solos and energy. If you like Unida, Slo Burn, and Orange Goblin then you will surely dig the tunes on Escape from Reality. Tuned down solid stoner rock.

The Great Escape's Escape from Reality is a cool blending of "that Kyuss sound" and refreshing new styles akin to Pharoah Overlord, Los Natas and Monkey3. The CD and double LP also feature significantly different tracklistings. The CD focussing more on the "rockers" and double LP focussing more on the "epic psychedelic numbers".
