Rorschach
At first listen, The Other Side of the Sky�s Rorschach could almost serve as a companion piece to Isis� Panopticon. Well, repeat listens still reinforce that view, but they also reveal more of an identity to this Daytona Beach five-piece. So while they play the same grandiose, intricate, emotional metal as Isis, they don�t come off as the lesser twin. Related, to be sure, but the title track, �Street Ethics,� and the lilting �Harlem� can stand on their own. They definitely know how to use dynamics to their advantage, creating songs that draw you in.
