Accolades for
Self Titled

Lunch is Mugwart members Will Sprague (guitar), Danny Luper (bass), and Beaten Back to Pure's Vince Burke (drums). The songs all have different singers from Virginia Beach area bands. Features guests vocals by Charlie Beasley (Mugawart) on track 1, Ben Hogg (Beaten Back to Pure) on track 3, and Kevin Whitley (Mugwart) on track 5.

The band is based on an interesting concept take the guitarist and bassist from Mugwart, add Beaten Back to Pures drummer, and have a different singer for each song. What that adds up to are some sludgey tunes that groove like motherfuckers.
