Vannak olyan zenekarok, amiknek, ha a k�peire tekint�nk, r�gt�n v�gjuk, hogy milyen zenei st�lusban mozognak. Ilyen a Generous Maria is, akikr�l els� pillant�sra beugrott egy-k�t n�v a 70-es �vekb�l.
Ha nem tudn�m, hogy mikor k�sz�lt a fot� akkor ak�r egy 72-es zenei almanachb�l is lehetne. P�ld�ul a G�ran Florstr�m, Robert Plant p�rhuzam letagadhatatlan.

A 70-es �vek legend�it nem csak kin�zet�kben, hanem zen�j�kben is felfedezhetj�k. A kvintett zenei gy�kerei a Zeppelinig �s a Sabbathig ny�lnak vissza. De ink�bb a Zeppelin szellemis�ge van jelen benn�k. Nem annyira bluesos, mint ink�bb pszichdelekius a zen�j�k. A hangz�sra nem lehet panasz. Retr�sitott m�lyen d�rm�g� basszusok, �l� dob sound �s koszos cs�ves git�rok jellemzik a �Command of the New Rock� lemezt. A mai band�k k�z�l a Monster Magnet �s a Kyuss (R.I. P.) nevei ugrottak be, de az �nekes hangj�ban a Trouble p�rhuzam is jelen van n�hol. �s szerintem nem is �ll olyan messze a Generous Maria pszichedelikus muzsik�ja a mesterek�t�l. Sz�momra egys�gesen er�s minden n�ta, kiemelni neh�z is lenne k�z�l�k ak�r egyet is.
Ha ut�na tekint�nk a zenekar munk�ss�g�nak, akkor a bemutatkoz� lemez el�tt tal�lunk, egy Split cd-�t k�z�sen a Skua-val. Aki ezzel az anyaggal kedvelte meg a band�t jogosan v�rhatta a folytatat�st. Mert a n�gy sz�mot tartalmaz� korongot hallgatva olyan dologra tal�lt, amire ritk�n ebben a m�fajban.
Lehet, hogy nem �k az �tt�r�i ennek a m�fajnak, de mindenk�ppen figyelemre m�lt�, amit itt �sszehoztak. Nagyon r� lehet kattanni a cuccra. Tart�s f�gg�s�get okozhat.

There are such an orchestras looking at their photos immediately we can predict their style. Such orchestra is Generous Maria, from which one or two names drop in from the seventies.
If I did not knew when the photo was taken, the source could be a musical almanach from 72. For example the parallelism of G�ran Florstr�m and Robert Plant cannot be denied.

We can discover the legends of seventies not in their appearance but in their music as well. The music roots of the quintette go back to the Zeppelin and Sabbath. But rather the mentality of Zeppelin�s dominates in them. Their music is characterised by rather psychedelic than blues actions. There cannot be complaint to their sound. The �Command of the New Rock� record is characterized by retrograde, deep basses, living drum sound and guitars with dirty pipes. From the names of todays� bands the Monster Magnet and Kyuss (R.I.P.) dropped in, but in the sound of the singer the parallelism of the Trouble is present in somewhere. And the psychedelic music of Generous Maria is not far from that of the masters, on my opinion. For me, all the songs are uniformly strong, it would be difficult to emphasize any one of them.
If we looking for back to the activity of the orchestra, it may be found a Split CD together with the Skua before the introducing record. If some, containing the four songs, it may be found such a thing, which is very rare nowadays in this form (genre).
It may be, that they are not the pioneesrs of this form (genre), but it is remarkable what they did. It may be click on them and , they may cause lasting dependence. And I was not surprised at all, that the guys are Swedish.
