For those familiar with this five-piece, Hobo Metall won�t disappoint. Sure, there�s still a correlation between Rite and Entombed, but this time around, it�s not as direct. They leave a more distinct impression, and that impression is akin to a boot to the face. It�s metal � almost thrashy at times � that maintains a solid rock groove. While they flirt with melody here and there, it�s still dirty, ugly music. A more fitting title would�ve been Shit Kicking Tunes, because Hobo Metall is perfect for kicking the shit out of someone. The album doesn�t fuck around.
