Tanning Salon is the epitome of rock 'n' roll goodness.. Drunk Horse has their own style that can honestly be compared in rock 'n' roll calibre to Bon Scott era AC/DC.. IMHO.. Currently this album is battling Raging Slab's "The Dealer", Witch Mountain's "...Come the Mountain" and Operator Generator's "Polar Fleet" in my mind for album of the year.. It's been a good year so far.. and it's not even half over yet!! WOW!

It's top quality Rock and Roll and should be played very loud and very often. Very experimental for sure, but a solid rock record that ranks high on my favorites that I have heard this year... Check it out!

The thing i like about Drunk Horse is that they're a fun band. They're fun to see live, and their fun to listen to. They don't do the doom thing, or the sludge thing, or the fuzzed out, spacey, stoner thing. They just do their own thing.
