OK. I have, as you probably know, sent mail to most of the people who have contacted me for one reason or other in the time I have had the pages running here and previously on the Geocities server. It has been decreed that having a page, like this, on which people can display their 'warez' or bootleg CDs and tapes and maybe even those few unclaimed rarities that could be floating around in peoples bedrooms all throughout this big round thing we live on, would be cool. Well it seems like an OK idea that people can share the boots they have for this cool band and although some may see it as the de-valuation of some of their rare material, it is unlikely that anything will be released digitally that was available in the past but is now deleted. It would seem, that buy encouraging this page it is only spreading stuff that is not official in any case so it matters not. The rarities will still be just as rare and just as valuable as they were before this page existed but more people will be able to experience the matter that makes them tick... It will also not stop people from buying the stuff from the record labels because, invariably, the copies people obtain through this page will be lower quality (and without the cover art) and we will all still rush out and buy the releases from the labels when they arrive. Enough with the crap already. Click on the names to contact them (if you don't have e-mail access get some from Geocities or Hotmail). We have as number one, from Borlange, Sweden : Tommi Holappa This young man possesses many live videos and just recently sent me a list of his material. I have also found some of it in old e-mail, it was the audio things he sent me recently, so it is now up to date. Number Two person all the way from Karlstad, Sweden is : Peder Bergstrand Again he has neglected to send me the list of stuff he has and stuff he wants but once more I have dug up a couple of things. If you feel that it would be nice to browse a few on-line music stores, I
have put my collection of on-line CD store bookmarks, Here
because I realise how bloody hard it is to find more than about the two or
three major ones like CDEurope and CDNow
Thanks for showing an interest!! |
